We tend to believe that peace of mind,good health,success at workplace,family life and wealth would generally make us happier,light hearted and relaxed. scientific research shows that no possession or achievement can have any meaning if it does not mekes us happy.
However to put it simply,happiness `cause and effect’ thing,you do something at a personal level and thats makes you happy. whether you go for jogging,listen to music,enjoy your work,spend money wisely or achieve top position,you get the same feeling,albeit in a different way. happiness is happiness,and it`s pursuit is like the pursuit of truth with all it`s relativeness. there are no hidden secret of happiness;life remains simply a matter of perspective. the good thing about happiness is that all us can learn and condition ourselves to be happy.
Happiness is a state of our mind. It`s within us, it`s a feeling of peace, gratification and internal realization. Happiness is about living with passion, coherence, meaning and integrity, and being satisfied with life. Unhappy people become enclosed in a matrix of self-denial, resentment and frustration. They see every action and event as someone else`s fault.
If wisdom, patient and perspective were used effectively, life would become much easier and less stressful for us and those around us too. Optimism and confidence about our perceived, practiced and targeted modification can help to bring out substantialcharges in our attitudes and behaviors.
Happiness is like honey, you can not spread it without getting some on yourself.
Happiness is a way of life. It`s absolutely within your reach. Happiness makes qualitative additions to the personality of an individual. It`s pursuit makes one a pleasant, energitic, likeable, radiant and captivating person. The chances are that by becoming a happier person one would become a level headed,positive and a solution oriented person.
